I've been on this meditation and "aligning of chakras" tip lately. I'm not really a meditation guru or anything of the sort, so knowing me, I over thought the whole process, focusing on what music to get. I'm pretty sure that you're supposed to get some instrumental stuff for it to really be effective but I made an exception, opting for deep lyrical stuff (Celtic, new age, lo-fi, trip hop, and a little indie usually get me going). I then remembered a song that I had been a huge fan of. A 90's song which featured what had then sounded to me like a Native American man chanting, but is actually an aboriginal Taiwanese chant.The song is called Return to Innocence by Enigma. I absolutely love it.
